We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the organisation’s digital marketing strategy across social media, performance marketing, content, lead generation, and brand growth.
The ideal candidate should be strategic, creative, data-driven, and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage both campaigns and a team of content, design, and marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a structured monthly and weekly content calendar.
- Lead the creation of reels, carousels, posts, stories, videos, blogs, and other marketing content.
- Identify trending topics, industry developments, and content opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, remarketing, and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets based on ROI.
- Track and analyse key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement, reach, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Conduct competitor, audience, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop marketing strategies for events, webinars, startup programs, campaigns, and product/service launches.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage and optimise email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, content writers, researchers, and interns.
- Allocate tasks, establish deadlines, review deliverables, and maintain marketing workflow and accountability.
- Build SOPs and systems for content creation, campaign management, reporting, and approvals.
- Maintain marketing assets, databases, reports, and campaign records in Google Drive, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, or relevant tools.
- Continuously experiment with new platforms, formats, campaigns, and acquisition channels.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, digital marketing trends, AI tools, advertising policies, and emerging marketing technologies.
Team Management
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the marketing execution team, including:

- Graphic Designers
- Video Editors
- Digital Marketing Interns
- Performance Marketing resources
Responsibilities include:
- Assigning daily/weekly tasks.
- Reviewing content before publishing.
- Maintaining deadlines and workflow.
- Conducting weekly performance reviews.
- Identifying skill gaps and training requirements.
- Ensuring consistency in brand voice, design, messaging, and quality.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and make decisions based on KPIs.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience psychology.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Google Ads, and remarketing will be an advantage.
- Strong project management and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, or growth marketing.
- Experience working with startups, consulting firms, professional services, education, finance, or B2B businesses will be an advantage.
- Candidates with demonstrated results in lead generation and paid advertising will be preferred.
