We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Manager to lead admissions for our K12 schools and drive student enrolments in line with organizational growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions for K12 schools and achieve defined enrolment targets
- Manage end-to-end admission process including enquiries, counselling, and conversions
- Build strong engagement with parents and ensure high conversion ratios
- Track daily enquiry funnel, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with school leadership and academic teams for smooth admission onboarding
- Plan and execute school-level admission campaigns and events
Candidate Profile:
- 4–8 years of experience in school admissions / education sector
- Strong communication and parent counselling skills
- Proven track record in achieving admission targets
- Good understanding of local market and competition
- Data-driven approach for tracking admissions funnel
Location: Multi-campus (Pune)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
