Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS professional who is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate should be capable of building structured reporting systems, dashboards, and process-driven trackers that improve operational efficiency across multiple business functions.
This role requires someone who can not only manage data but also translate business processes into practical, trackable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based reports across departments such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Accounts, HR, Logistics, and Operations.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats for daily activities, performance monitoring, and data analysis.
- Develop systems for order tracking, stock management, payment tracking, pending tasks, and follow-ups.
- Convert manual and unstructured workflows into organized, automated, and scalable reporting formats.
- Utilize advanced Excel functionalities such as formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with team members to understand workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Analyze data regularly, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Ability to build dashboards and MIS reports from scratch.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or automation tools.
- Experience in process automation or workflow optimization.
Ideal Candidate:

- Capable of creating systems that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
