Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can manage both Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, create and manage ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, audiences, placements and creatives.
- Create primary text, headlines, CTAs and creative direction.
- Analyze performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, Leads, ROAS, Profile Visits.
- Implement custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting and pixel events.
- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues, learning phase, ad rejection and billing errors.
Google Ads
- Create and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max and Remarketing.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and match type structuring.
- Write effective ad copies for search ads and plan creatives for display & video.
- Optimize campaigns for quality score, conversions, CPA and ROAS.
- Set up conversion tracking using Tag Manager and Analytics (GA4).
- Manage bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA/ROAS).
General Responsibilities
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting.
- A/B testing creatives, keywords, landing pages and audience segments.
- Budget allocation, scaling strategies and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboard.
- Good knowledge of tracking, analytics, audience segmentation and creative strategy.
- Ability to analyze campaigns and provide insights.
- Basic knowledge of landing pages, funnels and WhatsApp conversions.
- Strong communication & creative thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads (optional but a plus).
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, events, or local business ads.
- Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking.
