The Senior Executive - HR Admin will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions related to human resources. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Shift management and arrangement of manpower as needed.

Maintaining attendance records and issuing ID cards to new employees.

Close coordination with shift supervisors for attendance approval and overtime updation.

Sharing daily deployment and overtime monitoring reports with all HODs.

Ensuring proper leave management and timely salary preparation and disbursement.

Coordinating with various departments for contractor labor management and statutory compliance.

Administering and monitoring front office, pantry, and employee engagement activities.

Arranging and coordinating cab and hotel bookings for employees.

Handling grievances and providing emergency services within the plant.

Maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring proper housekeeping of the plant.

Master of Social Work degree is essential.

A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using HR management systems and MS Office.
