Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose cardiovascular conditions.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on diagnosis, medical history, and risk factors, utilizing evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
3. Perform a wide range of cardiac procedures, such as echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and pacemaker implantations.
4. Provide expert consultation and guidance to other medical staff and colleagues on complex cases and treatment strategies.
5. Monitor and interpret test results, medical images, and patient data to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
6. Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and medication regimens.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior medical staff, residents, and fellows, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
