Job Responsibilities
* Develop new customers for phosphating chemicals and related products.
* Manage existing customer relationships and increase business.
* Visit OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, job coaters, fastener manufacturers, and engineering companies.
* Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate trials.
* Work with the technical team to solve customer process issues.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate orders, and achieve sales targets.
* Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Desired Candidate
* Diploma/B.E. in Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechanical or related field (preferred).
* 2–8 years of industrial B2B sales experience.
* Experience selling phosphating chemicals, industrial chemicals, metal finishing chemicals, lubricants, heat treatment products, or surface treatment chemicals will be preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
