Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's services, building strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, healthcare facilitators, and the local community. The role focuses on increasing patient referrals, developing strategic partnerships, enhancing the hospital's brand visibility, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Referral Marketing
Visit clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals to build referral relationships.
Maintain regular interactions with referring doctors and consultants.
Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, medical camps, and awareness sessions.
Identify and onboard visiting consultants across specialties.
Coordinate health camps, wellness programs, and employee health initiatives.
Coordinate with healthcare facilitators and medical tourism partners.
Maintain relationships with digital healthcare platforms and referral partners.
Community Outreach
Organize free health check-up camps and awareness programs.
Participate in exhibitions, community events, and public health initiatives.
Build relationships with local organizations, NGOs, and associations.
Digital & Brand Marketing
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate social media promotions, website updates, and promotional materials.
Support branding activities and marketing communications.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports.
Track marketing activities and report outcomes to management.
Patient Relationship Support
Assist in resolving referral-related queries.
Ensure a positive experience for referred patients.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth patient care.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of doctor visits per month.
New referring doctors onboarded.
Corporate meetings conducted.
Health camps and awareness programs organized.
Corporate and institutional tie-ups secured.
Insurance and TPA empanelments supported.
Patient referrals generated.
Revenue generated through marketing initiatives.
Marketing activity reports submitted on time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Hospital Administration preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, or a related field.
Experience in corporate marketing and doctor relationship management is preferred.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relationship-building and networking ability.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of healthcare services and hospital operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for field marketing.

Working Hours
As per the hospital's working hours. Field visits and participation in events may require flexibility, including weekends or holidays, based on business requirements.

As per company policy and based on qualifications and experience.
