We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Jewelry Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewelry products, provide excellent customer service, and achieve showroom sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales and luxury products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewelry products.
- Explain product details including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier team.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom goals.
- Assist customers during festive offers, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Maintain stock knowledge and inform management about customer preferences.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Presentable personality with customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry products preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in jewelry, retail, fashion, or luxury showroom sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
