Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions. Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and wireframes as needed. Assist in solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide post-deployment assistance. Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations preferred.
