About the roleWe are a NABH & NABL accredited diagnostic imaging and pathology network with 26 centres across Northern Gujarat and a 40-year brand legacy. We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to lead doctor referral development, institutional tie-ups, and field sales across an assigned territory. This is a growth-track role with direct visibility to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a referral network of doctors (GPs, specialists, surgeons) across the assigned area through regular field visits
- Drive volume targets for radiology (X-ray, USG, CT, MRI) and pathology packages across assigned centres
- Identify and onboard new institutional clients — hospitals, nursing homes, corporates, insurance TPAs
- Track doctor-wise referral data weekly and report to the Sales Head with insights and action plans
- Execute BTL activities — camp coordination, doctor meets, loyalty programmes, coupon distribution
- Coordinate with centre operations and PRO team to ensure referral fulfilment and patient experience
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing in the territory and flag opportunities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and MR/PRO team KPIs under your zone
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharma / B.Sc. / MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years in medical / healthcare sales (diagnostics, pharma, hospital preferred)
- Existing doctor network in Gujarat is a strong advantage
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; English working knowledge
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Excel, and basic reporting tools
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
