Water Plant Supervisor

Job details

To ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of all machinery and equipment at the mineral water plant.
To maintain uninterrupted and efficient production flow as per operational requirements and production targets.
To minimize wastage of raw materials, packaging materials, and other resources through proper monitoring and control.
To supervise plant workers, ensure adequate manpower availability, and allocate duties and responsibilities effectively.
To monitor and maintain the minimum required stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials.
To ensure timely procurement and continuous availability of raw materials required for smooth plant operations.
To conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing of all machinery and equipment, and coordinate external servicing whenever required.
To ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained within the plant premises.
To monitor daily plant operations and report any operational, technical, or maintenance-related issues to management.
To maintain production, maintenance, and stock records accurately and submit reports to management as required.
To ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures during plant operations.
To coordinate with management and other departments for smooth execution of production and maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
