We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will excel in CNC and VMC programming, particularly with Fanuc controllers, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Study and read the technical drawings and set up the machines accordingly.

CNC and VMC basic programming with Fanuc controller is mandatory; Siemens experience is an added advantage.

Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications.

Adjust machine cutting parameters when required.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic problems with machines as they arise, such as low lubrication and coolant alarms.

Perform preventative maintenance as per schedule.

Work closely with the production supervisor to communicate production plans that ensure customer commitments.

Analyze the manufacturing processes for areas of improvement.

Work experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of job setting and machine operation.

Capable of reading technical drawings and understanding basic GD&T.

Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise.

Able to work independently and closely follow instructions.

Available to work in shifts and overtime.

Should have a positive and professional attitude.

Good knowledge of the manufacturing process.

Basic knowledge of G-codes and M-codes is a must.

Use of measuring instruments like micrometers, vernier calipers, thread, and ring gauges is required.

Basic English literacy to fill out daily reports.

ITI/Diploma in engineering from a recognized university or institute in India.

3-6 years of experience with CNC and VMC.
