- Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of DRI/Sponge Iron plant equipment.
- Experience in DRI plant electrical systems and process equipment is mandatory.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, MCC, PCC, VFDs, transformers, and panels.
- Maintain electrical systems related to Kiln, Cooler, ESP, Coal Handling Plant, and material handling equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of motors, transformers, MCC, PCC, panels, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, switchgear, cables, and distribution networks.
- Diagnose electrical faults and ensure minimum equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, checklists, reports, and electrical documentation.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for planned shutdowns and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, SOPs, PPE requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Manage electrical spare parts and coordinate with stores for availability of critical spares.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment and plant projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and identify potential failures and safety hazards.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2-4years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Steel/Power/Process Plant/ DRI
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
