Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive CSR professional to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The role involves managing CSR projects, coordinating with NGOs and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress and impact, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable CSR regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, project management, and reporting skills, with a genuine interest in creating a positive social impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in line with the company’s objectives and CSR policy.
- Identify and coordinate with NGOs, charitable organizations, and community partners for CSR projects.
- Manage CSR projects focused on education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, community development, and social welfare.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and overall impact.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports for all CSR activities.
- Ensure CSR initiatives comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of CSR projects.
- Prepare periodic CSR reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of CSR programs.
- Organize employee engagement and volunteering activities as part of CSR initiatives.
- Track CSR expenditure and coordinate with the Finance team for proper utilization and reporting.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and statutory reporting related to CSR.
- Identify new opportunities and initiatives that create meaningful social and environmental impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CSR, NGO management, community development, social initiatives, or project coordination.
- Good knowledge of CSR activities, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good project coordination, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate with NGOs, communities, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for CSR project visits and field activities when required.
Pay: ₹30,540.80 - ₹60,589.11 per month
