Job Responsibilities
- Promote and market EMMA products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and construction professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Generate sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in construction materials, cement, tiles, paints, hardware, or related industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of local markets in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
