his is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Kochi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer stages. This role will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a structured and fair hiring process. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, maintain candidate relationships, and track recruitment metrics. Daily responsibilities include using job portals and social media, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and supporting continuous improvement of hiring practices aligned with Avodha’s mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes, including role definition, offer management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess skills, potential, and culture add using structured methods.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices, including social media presence, candidate experience, and talent community engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with diverse teams and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to ethical and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Understanding of the education or edtech sector, and comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,097.76 - ₹15,000.00 per month
