Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and telephonic screenings.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
