Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager to drive new business acquisition while nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the corporate ecosystem, proven experience in events, activations, experiential marketing, or advertising agencies, and the ability to independently convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients across industries.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and personal relationships.
- Meet marketing, HR, procurement, and corporate communication decision-makers to pitch Gloria World's capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate opportunity tracking.
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Manage relationships with key clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event and activation solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and review discussions.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with Creative, Operations, Production, and Finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and profitability.
- Ensure smooth execution while maintaining quality standards and client expectations.
Revenue & Growth
- Achieve individual revenue and business acquisition targets.
- Contribute to annual business planning and growth initiatives.
- Develop strategic relationships that result in long-term business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in Corporate Events, Experiential Marketing, Activations, Advertising, Media, Exhibitions, MICE, or BTL agencies is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing large client accounts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with CXOs, Marketing Heads, HR Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Commercially savvy with strong proposal and budgeting skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business.

- Competitive fixed salary based on experience and current compensation.
- Attractive performance incentives linked to business acquisition and revenue generation.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
