Position: Accountant – RTO Department
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting and financial transactions related to RTO operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and handling daily accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain Advance, Expense, and Cash/Bank Entries.
Process and monitor online payments and banking transactions.
Manage Sales and Purchase Entries in the accounting system.
Perform daily bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
Ensure timely updating of accounting data and reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Support compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
.
Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
Good understanding of banking transactions and online payments.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Accounting.
Experience in automobile, RTO, or related industries will be an added advantage.
