The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving apartment sales, generating leads, managing digital marketing activities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for Jeno Maran Builders Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling end-to-end sales activities—from prospecting to closing deals—while also leveraging digital platforms such as social media, online property portals, and marketing campaigns to attract and nurture potential customers. The candidate is expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through both offline and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners
- Promote and sell residential apartments to prospective buyers
- Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation clearly to customers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably apartment sales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
