Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare staff schedules and supervise employee performance.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and management for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and safety standards.
- Minimize stock loss and maintain accurate inventory records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
