Role: Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and growth of social media presence for our clients and internal brands. The ideal candidate understands digital culture, audience behavior, content strategy, and platform trends, and can transform ideas into engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and business results.
This role requires someone who can think beyond posting content and take ownership of building strong online communities, developing content strategies, and creating campaigns that align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Plan, create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, content copy, and campaign messaging tailored to each platform.
- Build and nurture online communities through active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to strengthen brand positioning and content strategy.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and community-building initiatives when required.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities to maximize content performance.
- Ensure all social media activities maintain brand consistency, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Experience creating content strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and community management.
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Experience using social media scheduling and management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a branding, advertising, or creative agency.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign boosting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing concepts.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
