Good Knowledge of mechanical engineering, mechatronics and electrical engineering with respect to different manufacturing and assembly process. 2. Ability to read mechanical drawings 3. Knowledge on Manufacturing process cost
estimation (Machining, Die casting, forging, Sheet metal etc.) 4. Ability to use basic measurement instruments (Vernier caliper, height gauge) and Digital Cameras (for Photography of products, parts and teardown process) 5. MS office applications 6. Good communication skills - Verbal and Written 7. CAD software knowledge - Unigraphics-Nx, Solid works. 8. Interpersonal skills
Categorization of patent 2. Summarization of Patent 3. Maintain the Project s Master Excel sheet 4. Review of the patent summary with BGSW. Tear Down of physical products 2. Capture pictures of the disassembled parts along with dimensions 3. Creation of BOM 4. Capturing Design features 5. Manufacturing process identification 6. Result report generation in PPT 7. Prepare Product comparison report in excel (In case of multiple products)
