Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through educational institutions, corporate partnerships, and referral networks.
- Build long-term relationships with colleges, schools, training centers, and corporate organizations.
Admissions & Sales Management
- Oversee student admission activities and conversion processes.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and enrollment performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
Partnership Development
- Establish tie-ups with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, and campus engagement activities.
- Develop corporate partnerships for training and placement initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the admissions and business development team.
- Set individual and team performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support branding and promotional initiatives.
Reporting & Strategy
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
- Present growth strategies and business forecasts to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Education Sales, Admissions Management, or EdTech Sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
