We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious B.Tech Textile graduate to join our spinning mill operations. This is a dedicated leadership development role designed for a candidate with long-term vision. The successful applicant will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, mastering every aspect of our production process, from floor operations to high-level administration. Our explicit goal is to mentor and develop this individual to eventually take over the role of General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete intensive, hands-on training across all technical and administrative departments within the mill.
- Assist in the daily management of spinning operations, quality control, and workforce supervision.
- Support ongoing facility modernization projects, including the transition to and optimization of long-frame machinery.
- Monitor critical production metrics, identifying areas to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Shadow current leadership to learn business strategy, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
- Bridge the gap between shop-floor realities and executive decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent B.Tech graduate in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a deep interest in the technical operations of a modern spinning mill.
- Exceptional leadership potential with a clear desire to build a long-term career in executive management.
- High adaptability and a proactive willingness to learn directly on the shop floor alongside production staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both floor workers and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
