We are looking for a passionate Operations Associate - Fulfilment who can empower our clients with real estate insights through our proprietary real estate decision making platform the TEAL Terminal. At TEAL our products and solutions are currently being used by financial institutions, property lawyers, and consumers alike to simplify their property due diligence journey.
As an Operations Associate - Fulfilment at TEAL, you'll be helping power a revolutionary property title reports product that's currently one-of-its-kind in its geographical and institutional reach.
Your day-to-day will largely include:
- Using proprietary tools built in-house to search, verify and craft search reports based on incoming client requests
- Coordinating directly with large banks to identify and rectify any mistakes, inconsistencies and unavailability of data
- Working with lawyers in providing them the data they need in a timely manner
- Providing regular feedback for the improvement of the reports product.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a Graduate in any field
- Loves working with data and software tools
- Is persevering and loves troubleshooting to get to the bottom of any problem.
- Values quality over quantity
- Work from office 6 days a week
- Can work for a period of 9 hours between 9 AM and 6 PM, and 6 PM and 2 AM (for women only morning shift)
