Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Management: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally, providing detailed information about our various IT courses.
Career Guidance: Counsel prospective students by understanding their career goals and recommending the most suitable training programs.
Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential candidates to ensure high enrollment rates and meet monthly admission targets.
Public Relations: Maintain a positive image of the academy by highlighting our successful training methodologies and placement history.
Database Management: Maintain systematic records of all enquiries and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
IT Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of current IT trends, programming languages, and software certifications (to explain course benefits effectively).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and parents while maintaining a persuasive yet professional demeanor.
Experience: Previous experience in educational counseling, sales, or the IT industry is preferred.
Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated individual who can thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹10,308.71 - ₹33,381.81 per month
