We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand's presence across all social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube). The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to grow our digital footprint, increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement. You will be the voice of our brand, crafting compelling content, managing our online community, and analyzing performance to drive results.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation & Curation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily, engaging content (original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Calendar Management: Maintain a cohesive, monthly editorial calendar that aligns with product launches and campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Manage all social channels, fostering community, responding to queries, monitoring customer reviews, and upholding a positive brand image.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (ROI, engagement, reach, traffic) using tools like Google Analytics and social platform insights to optimize performance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Paid Social: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and manage budgets.
- Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and align messaging.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including their respective best practices and nuances (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Content Skills: Strong copywriting, editing (photo/video), and storytelling skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
