We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Success Manager to manage our post-sales operations. You will be the vital link between our sales team, logistics, finance, and the customer. Your primary mission is to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate invoicing, timely delivery, and exceptional post-purchase customer satisfaction.
Order & Dispatch Management: Process approved sales orders, coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team, and ensure goods are dispatched accurately and on schedule.-
Delivery Tracking: Monitor shipments, provide customers with tracking updates, and proactively resolve any transit delays or logistics issues.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate and send accurate invoices, verify payment terms, and coordinate with the accounts department to resolve billing discrepancies.

Customer Support & Complaint Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for post-purchase inquiries. Log, investigate, and swiftly resolve customer complaints regarding damaged goods, wrong shipments, or delays.

CRM & Data Maintenance: Keep the CRM and ERP systems updated with accurate order statuses, customer communication logs, and delivery confirmations.
Experience: 2+ years in sales support, post-sales coordination, logistics, or a customer success operations role.-
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP/Invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho), and MS Excel.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you will be dealing with both angry customers and busy warehouse managers.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet when a shipment goes missing or an invoice is incorrect.
