Social Media Executive
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to handle social media pages, create basic designs, write engaging content, and support basic Meta ad campaigns using AI tools and modern content creation platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and schedule daily content including posts, reels, stories, and posters
- Write basic captions, poster content, and social media copy
- Design simple creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content/design tools to improve workflow and creativity
- Assist in creating and monitoring basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and promotions
- Track engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic designing tools
- Basic content writing skills in English + Malayalam
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and boosted campaigns
- Ability to use AI tools for content and creative support
- Creative mindset with attention to trends and audience engagement
- Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Instagram and Facebook business pages
- Basic video editing knowledge for reels/short-form content
- Understanding of hashtags, content strategy, and audience engagement
- Knowledge of study abroad or education industry is an advantage
