Audit & Assurance, Client Excellence & Markets (CE&M) - Senior Analyst

Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Strategic Relationship Management on the Talent team, you will be responsible for supporting leadership development programs, transition labs, and other talent initiatives for Audit & Assurance leaders and select high-talent professionals.
- Support leadership development programs for US Managers and Senior Managers, including participant selection activities and program coordination
- Analyze confidential data sets and prepare insights, materials, and updates to support program planning and decision-making
- Coordinate administrative logistics, session materials, and stakeholder communications in collaboration with Meeting & Event Services and onshore/offshore teams
- Support post-session evaluations, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous enhancement of program delivery
- Develop high-quality deliverables while managing multiple deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and working with limited supervision
The team
The Talent team supports leadership development experiences and talent initiatives that help Audit & Assurance leaders and high-talent professionals grow, transition, and succeed. This team partners across stakeholders to coordinate programs, manage sensitive information, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. The role works closely with US and USI teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in talent, human resources, learning and development, program management, or coordination roles
- Experience supporting leadership development programs, workshops, or talent initiatives
- Experience analyzing confidential data and preparing reports, trackers, or presentation materials
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional or onshore/offshore stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to develop program materials and deliverables
Preferred:
- Experience supporting talent programs within a professional services organization
- Experience working with senior leaders or leadership populations
- Experience supporting session planning, event logistics, or meeting coordination
- Experience with post-program evaluations and continuous improvement activities
- Experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
