Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products or services and secure high-value sales.
- Lead Management: Identify promising leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Consultative Selling: Understand specific customer requirements to recommend tailored solutions, rather than just following a standard script.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Mentorship: Often tasked with guiding junior executives, sharing effective sales techniques, and assisting with team goal achievement. Betterteam +10
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires 2–6+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar target-driven environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal fluency, active listening, and the ability to build rapport within the first few seconds of a call.
- Negotiation: Advanced skills in objection handling, persuasion, and closing deals under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM software, MS Excel, and telemarketing dialler systems.
- Education: A high school diploma is standard; however, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred for senior roles.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,571.39 per month
