Job Summary: The Revenue Manager will maximize revenue and profitability for Aamby Valley City by analyzing market trends, setting pricing strategies, and overseeing revenue management processes for accommodation, MICE, and leisure segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement pricing models and inventory strategies across all distribution channels.
- Forecasting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasts and revenue reports to meet financial goals.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the right product is sold at the right price to the right customer.
- Systems Management: Act as the lead for revenue management software and reporting tools (e.g., IDS, Limelight, RateGain etc).
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–8 years in Revenue Management within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Hotel Management; MBA preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
