SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER/ INTERIOR ARCHITECT ROLE
The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated and meticulous individual who is collaborative, and can contribute to ongoing projects.
DUTIES
- This person should be able to collaborate seamlessly with the team,designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects.
- Complete client interactions and relationship maintenance including discovery calls , preparing presentations, follow ups and meetings.
- Quote preparation and estimating the budget of the projects.
- Responsible for supporting the process on material sourcing and specification, custom furniture design, visual research, mood board creation, furniture sourcing, graphic and visual presentations, while adhering to fast-paced project timelines.
- Creating project documentation including the submission of a full drawing set, specification writing, schedules, and construction administration and updation in the company drive.
- Commute to sites to check conformity of design, progress and doubt clearing.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of experience in interiors or architecture and a degree from an accredited school.
- Passion for design and an eye for detail.
- Excellent 2D drawing and rendering ability.
- Working knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3D modeling and realistic rendering skills would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the design team
- Capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
SALARY
- Rs 20,000- 25,000 per month with a probation period of 3 months.
SCHEDULE
- Full time 10am to 6:30pm , Mondays to Saturdays.
