Key Responsibilities
Design scalable database solutions and data models
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources
Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, reporting, and data warehousing
Mentor and manage a team of junior data analysts
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical data solutions
Required Skills
Strong experience in SQL Server (Database Design, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning & Security)
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Experience in Python for data engineering and automation
Expertise in SSIS and ETL/ELT pipeline development
Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
