Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer Hotel Management to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, preparing them for careers in aviation, hospitality, and customer service industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom training Hotel Management subjects
- Train students in communication skills, grooming, and personality development
- Conduct practical sessions including mock interviews and role plays
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback
- Support placement activities and student career guidance
- Maintain discipline and engagement in the classroom
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Hotel Management / Hospitality
- 0 - 1years of teaching
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam preferred)
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Pleasing personality with good grooming standards
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
