About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing customers via phone, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into sales. You must possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to answer customer queries confidently.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion through consistent communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Record customer details, interactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved complaints or issues to the relevant department promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record in sales — meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language(s).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or with difficult customers.
- Good listening skills with attention to customer needs.
- Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a competitive drive.
