Job Title: Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of warehouse processes, and the ability to ensure smooth operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during the night shift.
* Monitor receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory operations.
* Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
* Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory control.
* Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely dispatches.
* Resolve operational issues and prepare daily shift reports.
* Monitor warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping practices.
* Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse procedures, and logistics.
* Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Ability to work in a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM night shift.
* Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
