Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CG Machines, TC Roll handling, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and plant equipment reliability. Candidates from Foils, Blade, Flexible Packaging, or similar process manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauling of CG Machines.
- Manage maintenance and handling of TC Rolls, bearings, gearboxes, and drive systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Manage maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
