We-Vend Technologies is a Vending and Micro-retail operator based out of Gurugram but having operations pan-india. Over the last 5 years we have seen rapid gowth and are looking for a Customer Support Agent to man our customer care number, whatsapp and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer care phone calls and process queries
- Respond on whatsapp business chats and calls
- Respond on customer care emails
- Track all calls and emails in excel
- Process manual customer refunds with tracking in ERP and excel
Education Requirement:
- 10th or 12th pass with english
Skills Preferred:
- Spoken English and Hindi
