Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of immigration and visa counselors.
- Drive branch sales and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor counselors' performance and provide regular coaching and training to improve conversions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for destinations such as the UK, USA, Germany, France, and Malta.
- Ensure high-quality counseling services and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM systems.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
- Handle escalated client queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with documentation, admission, and visa processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing counselors.
- Maintain branch discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Build relationships with educational institutions and business partners to generate leads.
- Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
