About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to manage client relationships and provide mutual fund advisory services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sound understanding of financial markets, and the ability to assist clients with their investment-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide advisory services on Mutual Funds based on clients' investment objectives.
- Assist clients with mutual fund transactions and related processes.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide appropriate investment guidance.
- Keep clients informed about market updates and mutual fund performance.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Mutual Funds and financial markets.
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the Financial Services, Broking, Banking, or Wealth Management industry.
- NISM Series VIII Certification (Mandatory).
- Experience in providing Mutual Fund Advisory is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
- Experience in client portfolio management.
- AMFI Certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
