Job Opening – Boiler Operator (Gas Fired Boiler)
Position: Boiler Operator
Industry: Feed Manufacturing / Process Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Gas Fired Boiler operations to ensure safe and efficient steam generation.
- Maintain boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, water level, fuel supply, and steam output as per operating standards.
- Perform boiler start-up and shutdown procedures as per SOP and safety guidelines.
- Monitor boiler performance, identify abnormalities, and take corrective actions.
- Carry out routine checks of boiler equipment, burners, pumps, valves, and safety systems.
- Maintain boiler log books, shift reports, and operational records.
- Ensure proper operation of boiler feed water system, blowdown system, and water treatment process.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth steam supply.
- Follow statutory safety requirements and ensure compliance with boiler operating procedures.
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and emergency preparedness.
Qualification & Experience:
- Valid Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (Mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Boiler Operator in Gas Fired Boiler / Industrial Boiler operations.
- Experience in Feed Mill, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Process Industry preferred.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of gas boiler operation and safety practices.
- Ability to monitor boiler parameters and handle emergency situations.
- Knowledge of boiler maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety systems.
- Good understanding of steam generation systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
