We are looking for a self motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our ambitious HR team who can help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing full cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, background verification and pre-boarding documentation.
Should understand the requirement and job role in depth to conduct effective HR screening interviews and ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should be capable to explore and utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the company's requirements via regularly interacting with the HR Manager/Or reporting manager to understand the requirements.
- Maintain the up to date progress of each application and interviews schedule with its outcome/feedback in ATS.

Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition

Assist in Conducting recruitment drives inhouse and campus placement with colleges

Assist HR Manager in different HR projects as and when required.
Key Skills required:
- Should have ability to work as a good team player, follow process driven mechanism, maintain & build the candidate database.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Should have good proficiency working in MS Excel ( Functions, formulas, formatting) and MS Word.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines simultaneously.
