We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiting Executives with experience in US staffing or outsourcing recruitment to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for selected candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US staffing / outsourcing recruitment
- Experience working with any outsourcing company handling US clients is preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT or non-IT US recruitment
- Knowledge of ATS systems
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
