Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Lead and manage the end-to-end real estate sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
Client Handling & Site Visits
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Conduct site visits and present project details, pricing, and payment plans to potential buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update leads, prospects, and client data in CRM software.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and lead status for effective sales management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, MIS reports, and performance updates.
Channel Partner Management
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate sales through channel partner networks and strategic collaborations.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Support lead generation initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups on marketing leads.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Address client queries and provide timely updates on project progress and documentation.
Market Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies in the real estate sector.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management for sales strategy improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful property deal closures.
- Experience working with CRM software for lead management, follow-ups, and sales tracking.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits confidently.
