Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective (HNI and NRI) clients via telephone to explain our services, and Qualifying leads. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, making your role critical in shaping their experience with our Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule Visits and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with sales managers to facilitate closures and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-qualifying targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Travel, Banking and ed-tech Sales and BPO
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
