Job Title: Resort ManagerJob Summary:
The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth functioning of departments, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day resort operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Supervise staff across departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor bookings, occupancy, and revenue performance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare reports on operations and financial performance
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Hospitality preferred)
- Experience in hotel/resort management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS systems)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
