About the Role:
We’re looking for an AI-first Video Editor who understands how to combine creativity with the latest AI tools to produce high-quality, engaging content at scale. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just edit videos but knows how to leverage AI to generate visuals, motion, voice, avatars, VFX, and storytelling that feels premium—not generic.
You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to create content for brands across real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, and personal branding.
Key Responsibilities:
· Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
· Use AI tools to generate high-quality video content, scenes, B-roll, animations, VFX, and motion graphics.
· Create AI-generated videos from scripts, prompts, images, or existing footage.
· Enhance videos using AI for object removal, upscaling, background replacement, lip sync, voice generation, subtitles, and translation.
· Develop AI-assisted workflows that reduce production time while maintaining premium quality.
· Stay updated with emerging AI tools and continuously improve production pipelines.
· Collaborate with strategists, designers, and videographers to execute creative concepts.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and platform best practices.
Required Skills:
· Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals, pacing, storytelling, sound design, and color grading.
· Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent professional editing software).
· Hands-on experience with AI video generation and editing tools such as:
o Runway
o Veo
o Kling AI
o Pika
o Luma AI
o Midjourney
o Flux
o Eleven Labs
o HeyGen
o Topaz Video AI
o CapCut AI
o Adobe Firefly
· Excellent prompt writing skills for image and video generation.
· Understanding of generative AI workflows and automation.
· Ability to produce content quickly without compromising quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1–4 years of experience in video editing or AI content creation.
· Experience creating viral social media content.
· Basic knowledge of motion graphics and VFX.
· Familiarity with AI agents, automation tools, and creative workflows is a plus.
· Portfolio showcasing both traditionally edited videos and AI-generated content.
